Refund policy

At Shiv Mega Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care and hygiene products.

  • Innerwear and intimate wear.

  • Perishable goods or food items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support with your Order ID.

  2. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared.

  3. If return pickup is available in your location, we will schedule it. Otherwise, you may be asked to ship the item to our return address.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping will be free.

  • For customer-initiated returns (such as change of mind or incorrect size), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
